What size of screwdriver have you used there ? PH000 (1.5mm) or PH00 (2.0mm) or PH0 (3.0mm) or something non-standart like 1.8mm?

@@toleman7054ah i see your camera sir is new...the warranty of your camera will be void if you try open it , i suggest bring it to the store that you buy camera...there are two possible problem of you camera first there a open connection to the viewfinder matrix display or in the mainboard..i encountered also that problem
