Hello. Is there a way to recover sound on a previous taken video? Headphone was used during recoding with mics and audio was heard. Now no sound.
@YurmanVisuals Жыл бұрын
Hi, You heard audio while recording but you're not hearing it on playback? What software are you using to play it back? In Premiere for example, it could be an output setting, rather than the video file itself. If you give me more details that might help.

My problem is that the exposure in live view looks completely different from video playback. How do I get a WYSIWYG mode from the display in live view?
@YurmanVisuals2 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure why that's happening to you, and don't have a D7500 in front of me. I do know that the camera stores different settings for video and stills. So if you're in video mode and live view and take a still photo the camera may use different settings. But in video mode and live view you should see what you're recording. Are you using manual exposure or an auto setting? You might experiment with that. Sorry I'm not more help.

Does anybody know, why it stops filming between 1-2 minutes if I leave it on the trípode ? (I’m filming myself) and when I get to watch, it just says it stopped filming on minute 1, 1:48 and 1.17, and I have enough space :(. Does it have like a sensor that when nobody is behind the cámara, it stops filming ??? Or something like that??
@Wyurman6 жыл бұрын
It shouldn't stop recording just because you're not behind the camera. Is your SD card fast enough? If it can't keep up with the camera it may shut it down. I'm not sure about that. But make sure you're using a Class 10 card or faster for video.
@geovanasanchezmartinez12106 жыл бұрын

So this is the D7500 DSLR for Video... pity there are so few KZbin info clips that use Nikon as the camera body of choice... What do people think about adding the Ninja V Monitor to download and record directly thru the HDMI output (which, as I understand, is better than the D7500’s ability to capture images in quick succession) although I have not got confirmation from Atmos that the Ninja supports the D7500 (yet) though the Ninja does support the D7200...

@YurmanVisuals3 жыл бұрын
You might check your ISO - you'll get very noisy results at higher ISOs. And check the resolution you're recording your video at - Make sure it's at least 1080, or 4K if you have a computer that can handle those larger files. Good Luck!
@JeffTomlinson-Consultant3 жыл бұрын
@@YurmanVisuals Thanks for the tip but I also noticed that the camera will does not always stay focused and some times the is really blurry.
@YurmanVisuals3 жыл бұрын
@@JeffTomlinson-Consultant There are many ways to set up the autofocus. In the AF-C mode the camera keeps focusing, so as you move the camera the focus changes. You might try the AF-S mode to see if that fixes the problem you're having.

Thanks for the vid Don. It seems that its best to get the D7200 instead of the D7500 since the biggest diff is the 4K vid which not everyone uses. Then there is also the ticker price. I was thinking about the Canon 80D but I dont mind the manual focus on vid. I prefer Nikon because of the great photos it takes.
@Wyurman7 жыл бұрын
The other big improvement with the D7500 is the ability to change aperture while in live view. It makes it much easier to use for video over the D7200. Plus improved image quality for stills, better high ISO performance.

i'd just add that using 25/50 vs 30/60 fps is important when you shoot under artifical light. In Europe and countries with 230V / 50 hz eletricity grid you should go for 25/50p to get rid of "flickering", while in counties where there is a 110V/60hz grid you should go with 30/60 fps.

Why mp4 instead of mov?
@YurmanVisuals3 жыл бұрын
The two formats are similar. But mov is an Apple product and requires Quicktime - not all PC computers will have that. mp4 files tend to be smaller, better for the web. If you are only working within the Mac environment, Mov is fine. But mp4 files are a bit more universal across different platforms.
