My review of the Nikon L330 Coolpix. Currently the cheapest super zoom camera of 2014!

Does not seem like you have anything nice to say about the camera but i bought it and think it does a great job and to me it seems like it is made pretty sturdy and of great quality. Let's be honest unless you're a professional photographer or paparazzi we are not going to spend $5,000 on a camera so for a few hundred dollars this is an awesome choice

The only thing I didn’t like with it is the batteries, they die really fast then I solved the problem by buying new high quality rechargeable ones

it only points, zooms and shoots? Thats ok, ill get it anyway. My other camera sings songs, dances and rubs my feet but its getting old and needs to be replaced.

I just got this today for 99.99 at target! So far in loving it! I love the black and white filter and how you can change the welcome screen picture. Overall the quality is very nice and I would reccomend this to beginners, being one myself:)

2019 and I about to go to college for photography. I got this camera 5 years ago used it a few times but then put it away as smart phone cameras are easy to use. But now that Im going back to school, Ive knocked the dust off and have discovered this camera has more than meets the eye. The ISO is adjustable as well as many other settings. Not as much as a more expensive camera, but the fact that it can take great pictures to be as old as it is is pretty amazing.

@@divyasaibabu10 it only has about 7 settings for ISO. They are all located under the menu button. Make sure you have camera menu selected and it should give you the option to set the ISO. If you need more help let me know. Im not very good at explaining things, but I'm sure I can find or maybe even post a video how to do it.

MY REVIEW!!! This is a good camera, i'm a proud owner of this camera. It is a nice transition between a beginner to professional. It's easy to hold and you can take pictures far or close up. I never had a problem with the batteries and it comes with lenses and a USB cord. I just used my old memory card and it works fine. Lets be honest, you can have a horrible camera and still take some great pictures just like you can have a a good camera and be a bad photographer. I however love it!

I have this same camera. it takes very good photos and video is pretty good too, all depends on your needs. For me, as I start to experiment more in photography i'm beginning to feel very limited in terms of shutter speed, low light conditions, focus and more control over the whole process of taking the picture it self. All in all, it does what it was made to do and does it well.

It only records in 720p, so depending on your video needs, it might not be enough. I personally use it for pictures, rarely video. but the few 720p videos that i did shoot were very good, you can find examples on youtube. Hope I helped :)

what camera would you Karl Conrad recommend for something similar to this with better build, equal or greater zoom and possibly better night photography options? im looking to spend anywhere from 300-700 on a good camera. it doesnt have to be super bulky but im not against somewhat bulky.

i started with this camera it takes great Macro shots, and I would say the quality is great for a cheaper camera, and the sound when recording there is no zoom noise like my T6I I use this for videos definitely never had anyonne complain about my videos sound.

You can change the ISO on this camera between 80-1600 or leave it on Auto mode. To change press the "Scene" button and select "Auto Mode" press "Ok" than press "Menu" and you will be able to change, Image mode, White balance, Continous, ISO sensitivity, and Color options.

This isn't an advertisement...well now that I've said it isn't, it kind of is, but my 2 most recent videos contain footage that was shot with this camera. I have been using this camera for pictures and videos since August, and as an amateur, I think this is a perfect camera. You certainly get good value for money - I picked mine up for about £80. If I paid £80 7 years ago, it would have been a completely different story.

time user and i am not sure if i have it in the wrong mode of what but most of my pictures are coming out extremely blurry. in some cases the whole picture is blurry in others just on person. Can someone tell me what mode it should be on? the book has no explanation

I'm a beginner, just got it from Target today for $100. It's easy to use and good for most shots. Decent at bad indoor lighting but that's okay for this price.

In my opinion.. no.. if you are really looking to get into photography save your money and get a better more expensive dslr. example: cannon rebels, or the nikon d3300

Not moving photography, but is decent when things are standing still.. If you're trying to capture moving animals.. Its not a good option.

thanks so much for the review it help out alot because I am a beginner blogger and what to take great photos as well as videos and this camera is on sale next week and I seriously was going to get it. for what your paying compared to the accessibility of different features you might as well get portable digital camera but if you are looking for a bridge camera along that price range then i would suggest the polaroid ix5038 much better value for money

I do video production with this camera and i enjoy it. I feel like spending thousands of dollars on cameras isn't nessary for me to do at this point in time. I think it is great great starter canner. The only problem I have is that there isn't a focus button on the camera.

got one on clearance for $90. Just spent all day at the zoo and it takes outstanding pictures and very easy to use. Make sure you buy some nice rechargeable AA batteries. Found some on amazon that work great and after a full day of use battery bar is still full.

Update!!! This camera being so very slow has helped me pick and time photos rather than spray and pray like my a6000 taught me. Now still shoot the d610 mostly, but handicapping yourself with your starter camera from time to time has its benefits. Finding value in the strangest places.

I have one of these cameras. It only works well in a verrry certain condition. If you use the zoom, it absolutely wrecks the photo and it's hard to fix when uploaded to my computer as a jpg. Gritty and blurry. :/ Videos are alright, but still a pain. Especially with how loud it is when I'm trying to zoom in or out. (My IRL videos on my channel are using that camera aha)

you need to focus it when you zoom in, you can focus it by holding the shot button down until how you want it then click it to take the picture
