@@diyextravaganza I have clean to the last point of the tear down and a lot of gunk in the focus rails are old grease. It now focus smoothly than ever. The front element ring lock is really stuck so I just left it. It is now clean significantly than previous. Thanks!

Amazing video thank you! Any suggestions on cleaning the aperture blades? Mine are sticking open sometimes.

Hi, normally you have to remove the front to remove the aperture blades' block. If you don't want to bother, you can do as I show and gently clean the blades with a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol. Cheers.
