Nikon Z30 | Cinematic Rice fields | Filmed with Nikon Z30 | Japan

I shot a cinematic paddy field with the Z30. The green of the rice paddies, the flapping of the wings of the birds, and the train running between the rice paddies are the highlights.
The lens is the usual NIKKOR Z DX 16-50mm f/3.5-6.3 VR (lens kit lens).

Lens/NIKKOR Z DX 16-50mm f/3.5-6.3 VR Image size/1920×1080px24p, 1920×1080px24p (5x slow) Picture Control/Portrait White balance/natural light auto, cloudy Camera image stabilization/off Lens image stabilization/on (sports mode) Focus mode/AF-F AF-area mode/auto-area AF Shutter speed / 1/50 Aperture value/various ISO/Auto Use ND filter I like Picture Control because it makes portraits look softer. Landscapes tend to be too sharp, so I use Portrait or Standard. I have not customized the picture control. Fine color, sharpness and contrast adjustments are made in Adobe Premiere during editing. I want it to be cinematic, so the frame rate is 24P and the shutter speed is 1/50. I also like the frame rate of 30P. In that case, the shutter speed is set to 1/60. Shutter speed is 1/125 when slow. ●Edit Adobe Premiere Pro2022 Premier finishes in teal and orange colors. The Z30 can't shoot LOG, but MP4 can do color grading to some extent.

How is the autofocus

Hello. For autofocus, if you want to shoot landscapes, you can shoot with a good feeling if you set it to auto area AF. For people and animals, auto-area AF (person) or auto-area AF (animal) will focus on the eyes. The selfie mode will also focus on your face beautifully. Autofocus speed is slower than Sony's. You may feel a slight delay when the focus switches. Fast-moving animals such as birds may not be in focus immediately.

Thanks for taking a look. If I were to go with a full size sony camera in the future, I think it would be a sony. I had a hard time deciding which one to get, but I liked the design of the Z30, so I went with this one.
