Interesting to hear your thoughts. I have bought the Voigtlander Nocton 40 mm F1.2 lens to use with the Zf. It's manual focus and has an aperture ring - for the traditional photography feel.

I haven't yet had the privilege of making use of one of those lenses. How are they to shoot with?

@@francoismasuabi It's a good sharp lens and works well with the Zf with its aids to manual focussing. It's a bit more prone to flare than the Nikon lenses but I enjoy using it.

Great video. I wonder if the new 35mm F1.4 Z lens would be the lens you are looking for. It doesn't have the super sharp clinical look. There is an additional control ring where aperture can be controlled. And it's reasonably priced.

Thank you very much. I saw it yes, it still need a little more vintage to it, one can still tell with the 35mm that it is a modern lens when with the aperture ring.

I think this is better than z6ii and what most ppl need than overkilled z6iii

I agree. This might not be for everyone, but if I had to choose, this would definitely be the one I go for.

I've never owned a Nikon, but this camera is so interesting. Do you think it would do well with the 180-600mm attached for wildlife?
@francoismasuabi3 ай бұрын
you will appreciate it from the get go. It will Definitely do well with the 180-600. It is only 14fps for stills, so that would need to be considered, is it fast enough for what you planning to capture?
@tylerwarawa23613 ай бұрын
@@francoismasuabi Yes, I don't shoot birds in flight, or anything that would benefit from over 14fps. I shoot wildlife/landscape/street with a Canon R6, using tele and vintage lenses. I think the Zf would be a jump forward for my m42 lenses, but maybe not benificial for wildlife given how good Canon's AF is. One thing that puzzles me is why the ISO dial doesnt seem to go to the lowest ISO setting (50). Is 50 a non-native ISO?
@francoismasuabi3 ай бұрын
Yes, the 50 can only be achieved by setting the EV to either 0.3 or 0.7, so even thouigh it is stated as feature, not native to setting. The Canons Autofocus is Definitely on point, not so long ago did a comparison with EOR R/RP and Nikon Z6ii, and the canons won in that regard. didn't make video on that though, but was good to be able to confirm side by side.

Your accent is far too thick in English for me to understand what you're saying, you also have a tendency to mumble a lot which doesn't help, so this was unwatchable for me.

Understandable man. The Close Captions might help you out in this regard. KZbin was able caption is perfectly.
