Yaaaay!! That was me. I asked. Maybe someone else did as well. But, I KNOW I did.😁 Thank you so much for answering and the tutorial. You are such an excellent instructor. I really appreciate the little tips and that you explain the "why" a particular step is done. Makes it so much easier to remember, and comprehend. That methodology sure would have helped in high school History class.🤨 Bahahaha!! Thank you again, Nik. You're the best!💙💙💙

That was the single best how to video ever! I need about 14 corner mitre tools for a class I’m running and I don’t like the pre made ones with the raised edge, I like to use a rotary cutter to trim the excess fabric when doing Cartonnage and also buying 14 is expensive, I can make as many as I want out of off cuts of chip board/ book board. Thank you SO much

This is a great tutorial. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. Ooh, love that caliber you are using. I've been wanting to get one of those for years, but in the meantime I have to use the cheap manual ones. Sure glad I subscribed to your channel. You're the best. I pray that you and yours are all doing well. Take care and God bless you and yours. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas

What if the book board has rounded edges? So your book will have rounded corners opposite the spine.

Ma'am then for all should we multiply by 1.5? E.g 1.5mm thickness board x 1.5 = 2.25mm ? Is this correct?
@NiktheBooksmith Жыл бұрын
good morning! After you measure the thickness of your board, multiply that measurement by 1.5. If your board is 1.5mm thick, then multiplying 1.5 x 1.5 would be 2.25, yes.
