We used chunks of beef (pork or chicken can also be used), boiled until fork-tender. To add flavor to the already tasty soup, fish sauce, onions, peppercorns, potatoes, cabbage, pechay, and green onions are used

► INGREDIENTS :
1 kg Beef chuck, cubed
3 onions, diced
2 medium sized potatoes, diced
750 grams cabbage
1 bunch pechay or bokchoy
2 stalk green onion
1 tbsp peppercons
2 tbsp fish sauce
salt to taste
