BULASING (Bulalo-Sinigang)
3 kg beef shank (bulalo)
4 pcs. red onions, peeled
¼ cup garlic, pounded
1 tbsp. whole peppercorn
6 pcs. bay leaves
fish sauce, as needed
water, as needed
tamarind concentrate, as needed
5 pcs. corn on the cob, cut into 3-inch pieces
1 head cabbage
¼ kg string beans (sitaw), cut into 3-inch pieces
12 pcs. green chilies (siling pangsigang)
12 pcs. bird’s eye chilies (siling labuyo)
serve with steamed rice

Cheeeeef. Dumayo kami sa Cafe mo sa Biñan . Hindi namin naabutan yung bibingka huhu para kong binbreak ng Jowa hahaha all the way from Antipolo chef!! Para lang sa Bibingka tapos wala kami naabutan lalo akong natakam hahahaha plano ko na sana matulog dun sa parking nyo 😆alternatively, Ang sarap ng Queso de bola cake. Grabeeee haha saka yung oreo cheese cake.
