I am Jayoo Patwardhan nee Seth . My grandfather Mangaldas Seth was a connosiur of Music and in early 60s Smt Sunanda Patnaik had come to Indore for a performance which was greatly appreciated as extremely soulful., Next day we were delighted to have Smt Patnaik for lunch with us , When i remember my mother presenting her a Maheshwari saree.What beautiful voice!I am lucky to have heard her then and she is as bold as she was then.Happy to see her in full form here, May she live healthy til the end. Lots of Love to Her.

you are in the wrong place..her music is not meant for all and sundry..even people otherwise familiar with light classical, may find it difficult to absorb this abstract music..so you better stick to soothing instrumental music to begin with .
