I don't do gymnastics. But I literally cannot stop binge watching your videos. You can really get the passion and how ambitious you are about gymnastics, which makes I very enjoyable to watch. I honestly see big things for you in the future and as a fan fully backing you all the way! Stay motivated, love you!!

Watching your videos now makes me so annoyed I gave up gymnastics...I've been out for about 6-7 years now, I've completely lost most of my flexibility and I literally would have to start again :( x

Hello Niles, I'm recently a professional Bodybuilder but in spirit I'm a lover of all fitness anywho I came across your channel and now I'm addicted to it I've practiced gymnastics before but never long enough to develop any skill I was curious though of you could give me a percentage of your lift versus your body weight exercise regimen how much of your training goes into lifting weights versus bodyweight training? Thank you
@NileWilsonGymnast7 жыл бұрын
Hey mate my training is probably 80-90% bodyweight. If ever I do weight training I do low rep high weight to build a bit of strength but not size!! I truly believe bodyweight training can transform your physique and strength which is why I have created the Body Bible. My programmes would be awesome for you!! www.bodybible.life

Nile Wilson you're an Olympic Champion I have NO DOUBT your programs could work for me but do you feel it'll make me a better Bodybuilder or do you think it'll take away from my physique on stage sir..I'm sorry to bug you Niles but I sincerely appreciate your kindness in replying back to me thank you.

can u post a video showing your stretch routine? I'm planning on getting into gymnastics, but I still have about a year until I can get started but I want to be as flexible as I can so I won't have such a hard time. Thanks a lot! also good luck with the Olympics 💪💪

I’m a gymnast (circus performer rally but let’s just say gymnast) and I don’t drink alcohol at all although it might have something to do with the fact that I’m 12 yeah that probably has something to do with it 😋

I've always kinda wondered why they don't let women do rings anymore. They used to :/ is it because of our shoulders are different? Or is it just cuz we don't have the same kind of upper body strength?

hi umm im looking for any professional gymnast to help me here...... i go to a dance gymnastics centre i only do gymnastics but its more of a dance school we cant afford to pay for proper gym training and i only started a year ago im now 12 and my gym is at the top of the building with two poles in the middle as i say it is a dance centre we dont have a proper sprung floor and dont do bars and no mens apparatus is there as there is only one boy. i have been feeling really out of place watching videos of gymnasts on bars groaning about rips and celebrating meets but my coach calls me a gymnast.i am proud to be called a badge 7 gymnast but i dont feel like a gymnast i dont do all the events and im honestly not to good with flexibility. am i a gymnast ? please help
@aspiringpotato86948 жыл бұрын

@DreyriRS8 жыл бұрын
definitely not, with proper coaching you can reach 80% of your potential in the next 3-4 years. So let's say on your own it'd be 5-6 years, 80% of your potential is probably way more than you even dream to achieve right now.
@Delta3angle8 жыл бұрын
+DreyriRS really well said! Though there is a huge issue with lack of coaches for adult gymnastics. The only ones I'm awear of his coach sommer and his affiliates.
@rachelrosedt91858 жыл бұрын
It's never 2 late
@rashbee52098 жыл бұрын
Who cares about max potential just get gains and enjoy being strong and fit. If you're good then good, but if you great then yeah good for you otherwise straight up yolo. Don't worry too much about that theoretical perfection and just enjoy exploring fitness.
@icietla468 жыл бұрын
you can do anything there are a lot of late bloomers in the Olympics but the main thing is to have passion, obsession, and perseverance. Also saving a lot of money as well.
