go for early morning walks in nature, meditate , be connected with nature as much as possible, learn something new daily basis etc all this helps to overcome any kind of depression or other issues, always getting locked at home, busy life always visiting crowded places like malls etc makes things worse 😇 apart from being in a family life/ married life we should have our own individual life too
