It happens frequently. As I understand it, the protocol varies from one organizer and event to another. If there are a very large number of qualified wrestlers for the matches in the same event, the protocol includes only the wrestlers shaking each other's hand but not shaking the referee's hand, because the referees are already busy planning for the next match on their assigned mat.

Bobby set the pace of this match. Caleb was dominated all times. Bobby has longer arms. He reach Caleb whenever he wanted. More Caleb comes closer to reach Bobby, more vulnerable he gets. Go Bobby. You deserved to win.
