Quite magnificent. I love pomp and ceremony, and you Brits do it better than anyone else in the world. Don't ever lose your patriotism. God save the King Anthony New Zealand

Me - as a German - I have no words to say as I am simply speechless. I am sitting in my little flat drenched in tears while watching AMORE performing so wonderfully Elgar’s NIMROD. I am deeply sorry and I can only say: Die Geschichte darf sich NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE wiederholen. MUSIC IS LOVE Dear KZbiners never forget that a shitstorm could kill the best and the bravest. Cheers from Berlin yours sincerely Andreas MAZUR

Elgar's Nimrod has such depth, its highs and low sections create that peace and triumph in you. A truly great piece of music which I can listen to over and over and brings such wonderful memories of my late husband who adored this piece. Elgare composed many great pieces.

I am listening to this song again and again and now feel that I should comment - nothing short of magnificent and paints a picture that should stir the blood of everyone who understands the meaning for what it stands for. I should add that I am British and hope that there will never be another world war or any other war anywhere in this world. - from Canada

Russell Watson - We will stand together Lyrics Click to play this song! We will stand together Even through the darkest hour When the night seems never-ending We know there will be a dawn for us When the world seems broken Broken like the hearts within us Destiny will guide us and we'll dare to raise our eyes to heaven God will light our way We shall win the day We shall win the day... Then once again the glorious We will emerge victorious Until then hand in hand We'll let history know that.. We will stand together Even in the darkest moment Destiny will guide us and we'll dare to raise our eyes to heaven History will say.. We shall win the day We shall win the day We will stand together... till then.

Nimrod is, undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful pieces ever written but it's not something that requires a vocal arrangement. So much of its power comes from finding tiny differences in interpretation of an orchestral ensemble. Its beauty is exemplified by unison and not a central performance. It's a team effort.
