Back in the late 90's Trent was home visiting his parents for Christmas and cam in to the Staples my wife, then girlfriend, was working. She rang him up for a digital camera and a notebook. She said he was a nice, quiet guy. he had his hat down real low so no one would recognize him.

The drums live are amazing, you are literally feel the drums. Your body is a cavity for the sound.

the amazing Ilan Rubin man, who also gets up and plays keys on the breaks so softly then calmly heads over to the kit to bash it's brains in. Amazing.

I’m gonna play keyboard again Ilan Rubin: Fuck it. I’m gonna beat on my drum kit the rest of the song like it owes me money.

That's cause Ilan Rubin is the fucking man! Saw him perform Perfect Drug live twice last year... Trent's never played it live before... Cause it's supposed to be a fucking drum machine!

@Jessica Hicking Don't be! Your gonna get a second chance! Trent already announced he intended to do a 2nd leg for the Cold, Black, and Infinite in 2020... As soon as it's safe to go outside and play... Hopefully w less piggies marching around... He will reschedule the dates. They are in small venues back to back sometimes 3 and 4 nights in each city. W a different set each night. Go to all the nights in your town guaranteed to play perfect drug one of the nights. And if your lucky enough to go to night 3 or 4 in your town he will play the Broken EP in it's entirety!

@Jessica Hicking Here's some quarantine homework to get yourself ready...
Seen NIN twice, the energy is always so high and the sound is top notch. Lots of bands get to a point where they've played the same songs for 30 years and every show is just another show, but you can tell how much Trent gives a shit and wants to put on his best performance every night. Can't wait to see live shows again once this pandemic is over
@FWDSUXARSE10 ай бұрын
This is beyond accurate. My first NIN concert was 91. Saw them 7 times since. Last time was with Soundgarden. Trent and company always bring their A game and then some. Was privileged enough to see him and Bowie share a stage together and perform Hurt, Reptile, etc together.

Paralysed Mind Can’t believe it’s been four years. The strobing of the lights on the vid doesn’t truly show how mad the crowd was getting. We had to endure qotsa beforehand, the euphoria when NIN came on could be felt throughout the whole arena.
