Athena, aka Nina, was born in Manila, Philippines. She now lives in North Carolina and plays soccer there as well. She is currently on the 12 (13U) FRSC Riptides girls team, playing at the classic level. FRSC stands for Ferry Riptides Soccer Club. She's the goalkeeper, and wears #1. She is also dual rostered on the 11 (14U) FRSC Riptides boys team, and played on the boys team for this tournament as their keeper.
