Hence, he'll take the fight only for that "fuck you" money (to establish the upper negotiation grounds)... which I anticipate the UFC actually agreeing to due to the hype the fight would generate. UFC also realise that whilst JJ is the GOAT/cash cow now, he is at the end of his career. But, him vs Alex would also be a huge fight, but it'd impact their new cash cow Alex if he loses. Whereas, Tom isn't a cash cow yet (although he absolutely deserves and is growing that). Difficult negotiations to come imo, as Alex is imo an easy fight for Jon, but Tom has some serious risk.
