Verse 1] I woke up today To find myself in the other place With a trail of footprints From where I ran away Seems everything I've heard just might be true And you know me (Well you think you do) Sometimes, I have everything Yet I wish I felt something [Chorus 1] Do you know how far this has gone? Just how damaged have I become? When I think I can overcome It runs even deeper [Verse 2] And in a dream I'm a different me With a perfect you We fit perfectly And for once in my life I feel complete And I still want to ruin it Afraid to look As clear as day This plan has long been underway I hear them call I cannot stay The voice inviting me away Chorus 2] Do you know how far this has gone? Just how damaged have I become? When I think I can overcome It runs even deeper Everything that matters is gone All the hands of hope have withdrawn Could you try to help me hang on? It runs… [Outro] I'm straight I won't crack On my way And I can't turn back I'm okay I'm on track On my way And I can't turn back I stayed On this track Gone too far And I can't come back

Trent’s pants…❤️🔥hawt. Can’t believe he’s only 5’7”.. im 5’5”. My cousin, Josh, who’s now dead, & my older brother, Michael, saw him in the late 90’s in Gainesville, FL, at an old Smok shop I used to work at in the 2000s. He was buying a small weed pipe, & he had 2 security guards.. my bro & Cous ran out back to see if they could see him & they saw a black stretch limo pull away.. Crazy. Wish I had been there. I hung out in that part in Gainesville for years growing up..went to HS at PKY right next to there & UF. Too cool. It’s a small world after all. My bro said he seemed shorter than he thought he’d be..my bro is 6’1” or something.. he’s a tall mo fo. I like short men, tho.

I think Trent is brewing something really good in his mind. He is going in a really good direction including back up vocalists, and brass instruments to his music, and I hope he fully utilizes them in the future. Let the women have more play time, like this song. Not have them just overlap your voice. I also really enjoyed the saxophone solo, It added nice dynamics the music. When these moments happened, the crowd gave really good feedback. There is something peeking its head out, that I hope Nine Inch Nails exploits. How cool would it be to have Nine Inch Nails with the back-up vocalists, Saul Williams, and Radiohead make an album. Picture something like the end of Radiohead's "The National Anthem" level of Brass instruments, Saul William's energy, and everything Nine Inch Nails constantly brings to the table, like the semi-tribal beats in "Came back Hunted."
