My god! Read the manual instructions and follow them. There is a mark in the vessel that says "Max Fill" you went by far over the mark and didn't leave any space for the blades to blend or move all the food you packed.

The ninja has a problem, mine also doesn't charge anymore even when empty when connecting the charger it lights up green but it doesn't charge
