17 years later, still nostalgic! Me and my old best friend got so inspired by those guys! We keep training every break we had on school for over 5 years! But we stop doing it for 5-6 years ago! The time is running fast!

Same 10 years strong! I remember it like it was yesterday I first found it on accident in like 8th grade on a friend's myspace page(something the new generation has no idea of) on accident lol. Back then I think it was called "XMA" before like Parkour took off and became mainstream or was recognized for that matter.

2:44 awesome. I didn't know people could actually do that. I mean, I saw the dojo scene from The Matrix, but I always assumed that the whole walking up a freaking wall thing was about as plausible as the people running across lakes in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

The song is by a band of ninjas called Guano Apes... They are using 1/1,000,000th of their true musical talents, otherwise, your head would explode, you would piss yourself, and your heart would implode creating a black hole paradoxism!

Basically the first step to being able to do this is having confidence, that way you wont be afraid, cuase when u are afraid u get nervous and end up stopping urself halfway thru a stunt or something and/or getting hurt.
