When your baking pork chops, do you need to add liquid and do you need to put them on the rack.?Right now I am using the rack with no liquid. You were more helpful in teaching how to use the setting then the book that came with this pot and other channels I came upon. 👍

You can choose to either dry bake or steam bake. If you choose dry bake, you don't need to add any water or liquid to the pot.
