The cups should be able to do so, but note that grinding hard spices may create micro-scratches in the cup's interior that will make it appear permanently cloudy.

Yes, for things like rolled oats and small seeds like flax and chia, but not very hard ingredients like rice and dried beans, as these can damage the plastic vessels. Yes, you can make peanut butter in the food processing bowl but will need to scrape down the sides of the bowl several times to fully incorporate the bits.

Great review! Can't find anywhere, can you please check if the voltage on the detect model is also 220v? Usually electronics support both 120v and 220v but not sure about blenders in general

The Ninja Detect motor base is only rated for 120V, not 220V.

You could probably do it in the smoothie cup, though it's not "recommended" as hard grains will ultimately create micro-scratches in the clear plastic making it look cloudy over time.

Yes, the large pitcher is designed to withstand heat. It's made of durable plastic and will not crack under normal uses. That said, I would probably stick to ingredients that have been cooled slightly after heating e.g. wait 5-10 minutes after boiling or roasted ingredients before adding them to the pitcher.

Yes, no hot liquids in the sealed blender cup. It's part of the safety section in the manual. It's fine in the pitcher and food processor bowl because they are not sealed and therefore cannot build up dangerous amounts of internal pressure.

Can u tell me how to use the chip for cucumber. I tried and it kept shredding. I had it to disc mode but no luck

You have to flip the disc over so that the long/wide cutting blade is on top, and the small shredding holes are on the bottom.
