REALLY are people REALLY still washing their meat off in the sink?1?! What is this? the 1970's. Since 2000-something the FDA say DO NOT wash your meat off in sink. I cant wit to try this recipe though!!!!! :-)

The FDA changes it mind as much as I change my socks. Who cares! Wash it or don't wash it ,simple as that. This is about cooking beef ribs not if your meat should be washed or not!

It’s ok …. There’s bone fragments that need to be rinsed away under cold water …. In Asian countries the bones are a lot & actually get rinsed again after the first boil …. It removes the surface debris from meat that has sat outside in the open air ….not everything comes in plastic around the world …..
