those two mushrooms would be my supper along with a salad or some coleslaw depending on the time of year maybe even some cooked greens. I have a really yummy mushroom stuffing recipe and I think I'll go to the Facebook group and share it. Good job on spraying the mushrooms of oil because if you don't do that you will end up with a white or brown wrinkly dried out mushroom that hasn't changed color or Texture for the better! :-)
