Just want to say thank you , we got the XL grill awhile ago and the book tells me wrong things, like it says pork tenderloin should be on high for 20 min. but I decided to go with your idea of medium and 18-19 min it came out perfect!!!! Like the way you do things messy makes it fun to watch, already saw your wings one also can't wait to try those as well. Thanks again!

Awww, yes don't just love that grill Lisa!! I really do. Those tenderloins are very salty, but it still cooked up beautiful. As far as the grill getting dirty..YUP, it does. I just put some water in the tray with lemon, baking soda and dawn. I turned it on bake at 300 degrees for about an hour and let it steam up a little. Then I used dawn power spray on it and let it sit a bit and it got cleaner. I think I am going to have to do that at least once a week, because I do use that machine.

I just ordered a high dollar steam cleaner for car and upholstery cleaning. I bet that would clean that dried on grease. I'm going to try it on my Foodie Grill when it comes in next week. If it works I'll let you all know. Steam cleaners can be had for really cheap at the box stores or Habor Freight stores. Even from Amazon I'm sure. Cooking a tender loin today. That's what brought me to this video to begin with. Thanks for all the work making ton's of vids for the Ninja grills.

@@pressurecrisp The steamer works! Learn how to use it in the sink with some test pieces first. I found that some sort of agitation while steaming like brushes or stainless scour pads make the cleaning much more efficient. No hard scrubbing that may scratch the surface though. Some pretreatment with a degreaser makes the job faster too. Your grill doesn't look nearly as "baked on" as mine did so your job should be easy. Keep a throw away cotton rag handy to mop up the loosened grease. Good luck and thanks again for all your great videos.

Nice looking pork tenderloin. Many forget about the carry over heat that ill finish the cook. I had one of those preseason tenderloins that came out salty. That is why I like marinated my own. I like injecting them with a marinate and put in the fridge for 24 hours. Try that with a marinade it taste great. I have the same Meater probe and love it. I also have the Weber grill temp probe I also use but it has a wire. Question why did you not use the temp probe that came with the Grill?

Hi, Lisa that looked delicious that piece of pork, bit surprised it came out so salty though! Two questions today the first question was the temp on your phone said 134 but the target was 140 so why did it say take the grub out when it had 6 degrees to go? Question two if I took that grill plate out and wanted to cook a fried egg on the flat plate underneath is there a heating element in the base to fry food?
@pressurecrisp

Hi David, Thanks-I know I was surprised it. was. salty. While the piece of meat. is resting the cary. over temp will bring it up to 140. And no. heating. element in bottom of grill-you can still do any egg. Grill would be even better if there was heat from the bottom! Thanks David!
