@@saucyx4 He's probably referring to Sigma 2, which saw some mixed received changes. Enemy count was drastically reduced, which in turn they gave the enemies more health and more damaging grabs, which slowed down the game. Team Ninja couldn't figure out the Cell Processor (Like every dev) so they had to make some big changes. Blood and gore were heavily toned down due to the game being on PS3 when it launched, and since it was the primary console of Japan, they wanted to market it more so they changed it to meet the Cero D rating (2 vanilla was Cero Z because it launched on Xbox) It's not all bad, the added costumes, characters, missions, and changes to some Chapters (specifically Chapter 9 of Vanilla)

I just love it's Ninja lore. This game gave a new twist to it. in the hardest difficult mode (unlocked aftter finishing it in the first hardest mode) if you get hit ONE TIME by one of those ninjas your are majorly wrecked. And health potions are so expensive that you either buy one or a new weapon, and it takes hours after making mistake and getting hit to save enough for it. And every boss hit is instakill... It is like telling the story on a perspective of a real Human Ninja

Funny the comments are complaining about the body part and claim the ng 2 is superior due to this. Nope, it is acceptable, since it does not effect much of the gaming experience, but the dmg enemies do to Ryu is the issue. Basically in master ninja mode, it is one grab you die mode. And there is no escape when boss do that. Full/max health, boss grab, watch the animation, game over. That part made me give up master ninja in ng 2 sigma.

On PC this is the biggest disappointment. Great 3 games but you can tell this was made for consoles with the pc version as a after thought. On pc no keyboard mouse support not even on menus. No graphicaly options. No resolution option no 1440p support. So what was the point releasing it on PC. I already own it on ps3 xbox. For 4K i just use the ps3 emulator rpcs3. Worst $40 i spent big disappointment

Yeah it's trash on PC. I bought it on Steam and couldn't believe there was no in game option to change the resolution plus you had to manually stretch the God damn window to fill up the damn screen. Worst PC port in years. Needless to say I got a Refund and will be buying the second game which has been enhanced for Xbox One X along with Ninja Gaiden Black on the Microsoft Store now. Not gonna bother with 3 that game just bored me to tears.

The ps5 runs on whatever the ps4 pro outputs the resolution and the frame rate will be better, the ps5 also gives every game HDR for displays that can display HDR properly.
