Because there are no custom games or lobbies in Fortnite yet, the tournament is played on public servers using the following rules: Rules: 2v2 Matches Streaming Rules: You must have a 2 minute delay on when streaming, failing to do so will result in a forfeit of the match. The hosting team will host a SQUAD game session. Then they will invite his teammate, and their opponents to the game session and then begin their match. How to win: For this tournament you will play two games. Each game you must keep track of your kills for each game played. The combined amount of kills for each game will determine which team will win the match. If out of the two games played the kills are tied a third map will be played to determine a winner for the match. Sabotage You will party up as a SQUAD or DUOS with your opponent based on the type of match (1v1, 2v2). Any player inside of that queued session MAY NOT destroy any bases made by their opponent, make them fall, or any other actions that may help lead to that person's death. Examples of sabotage include but are not limited to: Breaking or weakening opponent's built or non built structures or cover by any means. Causing opponents to miss shots or miss opprotunities for advancing their scores in any way shape or form. Building in front of your opponent. Boogie Bombing your opponent. The use of a boogie bomb on your opponent at any point in the game are subject to disqualifications. For no-shows in this tournament if you fail to respond within a fair given time frame you may be forfeited from the tournament. Hate how these PC players always gotta trash on console players or other players that aren't as good in general. It makes zero sense if you think about it. If those console players and beginner PC players weren't playing then they wouldn't be getting 20 and 30 kill games plain and simple. They talk like they want everyone to be better and as good and competitive as them but that's BS in my opinion because they all get so excited for those high kill games but simultaneously trash them as not good players. They rarely encounter players that are as good as they consider themselves and then even when they die they almost always have an excuse that something didn't work right or the other player got lucky. I'll always watch Ninja because he is good, there's no doubt about that. However I will not donate or sub to him, he's pretty cringey a lot of the time.

It’s a tournament match to get into the finals of a $20,000 tournament against 2 console players, Nickmercs and Sypher who Ninja and Richard both talk about in the video as “not being builders” because “they’re just console players.” It’s stupid and that’s what I’m talking about. Nickmercs has like 1500 wins and has won a bunch of money in big money tournaments.
