I would room temperature the fruit ,,, dry it off,,,I would then dust it with the cake mix...also I would grab the kitchenaid stand mixer,,,beat the egg whites first,,,then gently fold in the other ingredients, liquid first, then dries, then fruit,,,I would put batter into three round cake pans,,,,then bake,,.then cool,,,then make heavy whip cream and layer the cake with whipped cream,,,serve...use whip cream stabilizer if need be,,,sprinkle some sugared fruit on top for decor...bam,,,will try it soon...thanks for your video!

looks good....wonder how it would be in the stove oven...I dont like the texture of cakes in the speedi..I know silly :)

I'm guessing the soggy bottom (lol) was due to the excess water in the frozen fruit? The cake looked delicious though! Yum! I'd buy that lol
