season & brown 1lb of lean beef on sear/saute
1/2 c. yellow or white onion diced
1Tbsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp tomato paste or 4 squirts of ketchup
add 3 cups of beef broth
add box of elbows or pasta(1lb)
press down into liquid
18min on steam
when done add 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
and 1 bag of your favorite shredded cheese(2 cups)
