Love this game. Someone introduced "newborn baby" at a MUT class game of ninja star, which was lots of fun. Would love to hear how you redirect a scene when partner is being inappropriate. Them ignoring what's up in scene and doing something that doesn't fit, or introducing uncomfortable topics such as incest or underage sex are examples.
