It didn't deserve number one, because it wasn't a battle as much as it was just a shot of Zane blasting the overlord This episode did a massive injustice to the overlord by disposing of him via means of one of the ordinary ninja, rather than the rightful golden/green ninja. This is especially infuriating since the overlord was even a match to the first Spinjitzu Master himself, yet simply thrown away by Zane? No sense.

I think an arguable contender for the top 5 could be Wu vs Samukai at the end of the Pilot. It’s the first battle that truly shows off the power of the golden weapons. Which is good because we get an entire season to see that so this is the best possible entry point
