As a kid, I was entertained by American Ninja Movies. But today, as an adult, I am much more entertained by Ninja Nerd's video lectures. So interesting lectures ever. Easier to understand Medicine in video lectures than in Medical Books. Respect and Love travel to you from South Sudan 🇸🇸

Most of the recording is off center and cannot visualize all the material so you have to listen and visualize. Did they change who is recording?

Thanks for another great lecture. Would you do the TURP for BPH without first trying Alpha blockers or 5alpha reductase inhibitors, if the patient asks for it? If I understand correctly the TURP is a simple procedure and after the procedure the patient is cured... while treatment with Alpha blockers or 5Alpha reductase inhibitors would be life long and only treat the symptoms
