@@meetkalathiya7221 actually if we see it from exam perspective, we never need it in so much detail ever... But the fact is, once we understand it this properly, we would never forget. So if we have time, it's better to see in detail. Otherwise, for exams, studying only commons would also suffice!

4:49 LITTLE CORRECTION HERE : Iron is bound to Ferritin in Fe3+ state, Not Fe2+ state. Apoferritin Converts Fe2+ into Fe3+ before bindind to it.

After searching and searching this is the only good video I found that actually explains how erythropoiesis happens not just like it starts out as a hemocytoblast and then it eventually becomes an erythoblast and that’s it so thank you for explaining the whole process

I was diagnosed with myelofibrosis years ago, still surviving, blood transfusion once a month. I learned from Yoga Institute that drinking warm water with honey and lemon in the morning helps overcome anemia. I have been eating meat too thinking it could help in the formation of RBC. However, as I saw in the presentation, WBC, RBC and platelets are all produced in the myeloid. I was diagnosed to have iron overload but cannot be given medicine since I have chronic kidney disorder, too. Watching this video, made me think that what I should do is take Vitamin B12. I am not sure my conclusion is correct. I wish to thank you very much. I will discuss this with my hematologist.

Iron is actually stored inside cells as Fe3+(ferric) in Ferritin, since the ferric form is more stable than the Fe2+(Ferrous) form.
