bruh, just go to ng+ geez 🙄 they changed how ng+ works, only after the ng+3 the vestiges will disappear, in ng+ 1 and 2 they are still there, in reduced numbers, but there are some vestiges scattered around the map. As far as i know, there will be an update soon that will allow players to personalize how their ng+ cicles work, like choosing the density of enemies or this thing about the vestiges, reducing the amount of vestiges or maintaining the original amount of them while still playing on ng+4, 5 and beyond.

Finally got him. Won't deny, this fight was tedious. He has lots of cool movesets, but he give almost no room to breathe at time. I had to use my Umbral spells with a bit of poison. But all in all he's done. Thanks for the guide Ninja.

I strongly recommend doing this during a newer playthrough as you will have all the vestage points available. I did this quest finally but each location I had to just run across as I only had two vestage seeds. So with my bad memory each location took me an hr to reach🤣 Definitely worth the armor and weapons

You can farm vestige seeds off of the umbral big head dudes. They drop one every time it seems.

You can cheese him to everyone who hasn't managed to kill him I play on Xbox so i planted a seed at the arena and then just before you enter through the fog wall you can use orius judgment to get him out of ground and keep spamming that or attack him through the fog when he gets close Ps. He can hit you back so just be careful of his attacks

It’s a fun fight other than having to ng+ for it since I missed quest but I really wish this guy would have gotten some kind of lore for as powerful as he was, he basically had the moves of every other boss we had faced so far and there’s no explanation for his purpose or role in the rhogar army

You can do it at any time... as long as you knew about an obscure questline ahead of time and did it perfectly. Otherwise, you need to start another playthrough. Make these tasks as difficult or time consuming as you want, but expecting people to have known ahead of time to do every little side quest isn't good.

I’m not sure what you mean. After the game came out, the devs added a bunch of quality of life changes, quests, and new items. They added a bunch of spells in a 2-part update as well as added 3 new secret quests that give you a new armor set and weapon. None of those things were there when the game first launched. I’ve made videos on them all though if you’re ever interested in getting them!

I’m not sure. Someone said you don’t need the laughter emote to get the weapon, that it can be the same emote you used to summon the boss. But I cannot confirm.

"Really fun boss"? Yeah right. That is as much fun as going to the dentist to have a root canal. 5-6 times I've faced him so far and he beat me mercilessly each time....and I lost 93,000 vigor I was carrying at the time eh. Man that guy is fast as lightning, super strong, able to zip across areas like Flash Gordon, has lethal spells and summons triplicates of himself or whoever hurling projectiles at you. That's not fun at all. It's madness. BTW, kudos again for the walkthrough. That was great. Had fun following that. Up until that boss fight. Gonna try again tomorrow but if I don't beat him tomorrow next couple tries not too sure I may want to bother again despite wanting to get the armour and weapons for the sake of it.

@@valravnsshadow9422 upload ur footage mr skill its easily the worst designed boss in the gameim lvl150 heaviest gear in the game and he still 2 shots me 10+ hit fast attk combos like 7 different oneshots arena sized aoe one shots duplicates that 2 shot yeah "skill issue" def not the fact that nobody on this dogshit team is capable of designing a fun boss just 1 boss that isnt immune to dmg half the fight or spamming light attks aoe or all 3 the entire fight oh nvm proginy and bramis exist wich have like 2 attks each yeah my bad forgot

You do not need it for the achievement. Only the items that were included I the base game at launch are required, nothing that was added post launch

GOtta say, one of the more beefy bosses in the game (if not the beefiest honestly). Going thru with with no cheese, just sword and board as god intended was 1,5 hour slug. But i realy enjoyed it and beting him in the end felt very good :D. More bosses like this, and less bosses i can kill on first try within 2 minutes please :D

I just had this problem, few things I did, defeat light reaper in upper calrath and defeated iron wayfarer in front of the castle and opened the castle. After going to the vestige inside the castle and teleporting back to the shrine to go to the tree, it was finally there.

Of course, they picked the one emote you can miss because of its poor reward design in order to get the weapons here. Needing to speak to Damrose after you talk to her regarding the dead Rector Knight (by means of resting) sounds like bad design logic. But because of this ONE emote that I don’t have, I need to wait until I beat the game again, only to do this quest, which is mostly an endgame quest since your final hand can only be reached by getting to Bramis.

the weapon abilties when maxed out would be great if they worked when i invaded but they just go back to the standard moveset.. the online is what keeps me playing as pretty much done everything else so hope they fix this... game has improved a lot though great video

For some reason I don't think the special abilities work in multiplayer. Don't know if it's a bug or what. Unless I'm mixing it up with being in Umbral. I've seen a couple players try to do it either in one or the other and couldn't, being surprised it didn't activate.

I took me 5 tries to finally kill him on my level 165 radiance build. He is absolutely relentless with his massive AOE's that cover basically the entire arena. And his annoying ass shadows buddies that shoot across the arena like a laser beam.

Thank God multiplayer/invasions was not my priority so wasn't concerned about restricting my levelling up to stay within range so I levelled up like nobody business to a point where I'm not afraid of any enemies, mobs nor bosses anymore since. At level 360something+ or more I look forward to facing them.

Of course I killed Damarose for the umbral ending this morning. Kind of annoyed they put this quest hidden behind a specific run. I’m on my second run and think this is my last. Things like this hurt my motivation to keep playing. Knowing another new quest might do the same. Really appreciate your videos though and will continue to support your channel. Just wish they would respect our time and stop with rng drops and things like this.
