Two important aspects of this song: 1. It is one of the most beautiful romantic songs in Spanish It is a farewell song and it was exactly for Nino Bravo 2. This video is the last recording of Nino Bravo in life and it was the last song he sang since a few days after recording this video Nino Bravo died in a car accident. a very sad fact to consecrate a beautiful farewell song, without knowing it Nino Bravo was saying goodbye to everyone.

The video was set in Majorca, Spain... I recognized Chopin's house-museum there. Chopin, the romantic pianist and composer from the 19th century. He lived in Majorca island during some time because of medical issues and his doctor sent him to a place with better weather, warmer and sunnier. Nino Bravo was the greatest spanish singer from the 70s, probably our best pop singer, a powerful gorgeous voice he had. Sadly, he died in a car crash in 1973. He left 5 albums full of this kind of beautiful, romantic and emotional pop songs. I always was a more oriented rock guy, but as I'm getting older I like Nino more and more. That unique voice!

De la isla de Menorca he reconocido la Naveta des Tudons y una cala muy especial, pero que no recuerdo como se llama.

He died before I was born, but my Dad played his music for me when I was little. As soon as I got the notification for this video, my eyes started watering. Such a beautiful, powerful, yet tender and touching voice. His songs were anthemic tear jerkers and to think what he could have done in later years if he hadn’t been taken from us so young! Wow, we sang this song when I graduated from 6th. grade, back in 2002 (there used to be a big graduation in every school when you finished 6th. grade here in Honduras) and we even did a little dance, imagine a bunch of eleven, twelve year olds dancing and singing to this song lol, I hated it at first, but it meant so much to me later on, that now holds a special place in my heart, thank you wonderfully reaction to it India!
