Residency does need to be publicly known since some legislation and its implementation is determined by where you belong. Nino should know if whoever is a Los Santos resident and thus eligible for a grant or subsidies.

I’m sick of these pukes and patsies from the BCSO and the Marshalls acting like their ideas deserve respect. I can’t listen to these videos anymore where people who are supposed to be taking care of NoPixel(this Marshall) can’t even understand these problems OOC they have caused. I’m not watching anything from No Pixel. Garbage community with a couple of decent RPers. Watching 90% of the server endlessly grinding for digital goods and doing almost nothing else isn’t just boring it’s painful. 4.0 is over. 5.0 is probably going to be shit too.
