its so easy as a cop to RP this interaction. get units on the highway to stop cars. easy peasy, no need for escalation or screaming, have two people each way moving traffic out of the way. like its the bare minimum if you're looking at this as someone playing a cop. You need to make sure cars don't disturb the evidence taken. They're too far deep into the mechanics of the thing to really give a shit.
