Ruth, Derolo, and Jackson were well overly critical to most situations to the point it was very unenjoyable for the Rpers and viewers which is they got removed. After that it swung too far in the other direction and PD became too lax. I do wish Ruth could return for training purposes (just not as hc).

they were too hard and critical too early. they didnt mold PD but instead reprimanded it and that wasnt good. a HC ruth now would be fine as it is an established PD (established badly) but it could grow from correction and reprimand now as opposed to before. i think HC ruth would actually be good now

Holy shit why is he so pissed about a guy wanting legal representation for a bench trial? Not like lawyers get much action in the cells anyway and big court cases or a dime a dozen, and usually tackled by the same people. I mean he’s busy running for Mayor, that’s how little there is to being a lawyer

He literally explained he's pissed that the guy called for a bench trial before even talking to a lawyer; then asked for a lawyer AFTER he was going to have to represent himself. And then he omitted events that could've possibly ruined whatever defense Nino was crafting up for him.

I understand that this is a video game, BUT at the same time I think, if you as a player decide to play as a cop character you should be at least be aware of basic policing. It's RP and role-play by definition means "to pretend to be a particular character and to behave and react in the way that character would" - so for a police character you should know the basic laws and human rights at least as put forward by "the government" of the server. You should be able to know the difference between RS and PC. Great to see that Nino took this case it really made an impact!

Maybe the PD needs to hire a lawyer to sit in on a couple of Academies as council to correct these issues in training as well as point out things that should be added.
