135ml Water

20g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
50g Unsalted butter

65g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
8g Cocoa powder
(ココアパウダー)
Low heat 60~90 seconds
(弱火 60~90秒)
Wait for 10 minutes
(10分待つ)
2 Eggs
(卵)
Bake at 190℃ for 25~30 minutes
(190℃ - 25~30分焼く)
●Cream:
100g Dark chocolate
(ダークチョコレート)
75ml Milk
(牛乳)
Cool off
(冷やす)
200g Whipping cream
(生クリーム)
10g Sugar

My lazy arse came up with the idea of just cooking the cream and spreading it on the first soft white bread/Japanese bread I bought. That was still delicious, so thanks for sharing the recipe! Mix for about 2-3 minutes only bc the sugar cannot dissolve:))))) Next up! i’ll put 50g of all purpose flour and 8g of cocoa powder Remember to strain out so the substances won’t clump together I’ll mix the mixture until it’s good.
