Since no one is talking about the recipe, I'll tell you about my experience. I made it with chicken since I can't eat pork and it turned out great! It's the first time I've had dumplings and I loved it. The only thing I would want others to be careful about is the amount of you oil you use for frying. I used a bit too much, and during steaming, they became too oily. Don't use too much, a tablespoon is fine.

I made the dumplings today but with a different filling (sausage, bell pepper, onion, olive and cheese) dipped them in fire sauce and soy sauce and it was so damn good, the recipe was so easy and simple 👌🏻

I just made these for a second time recently. They came out so good! But very labor intensive. It'd be easier if you had someone helping you, but if you're making these alone, definitely just buy some dumpling wrappers at the store. And for people wondering what the "seasoning powder" is, it's a type of soup base seasoning called "Knorr Seasoning Soup Base Hat Nem Thit Than Xuong Ong"... which is Vietnamese for "Beef Tenderloin Seasoning Pellets". It's not available here in the US, so I just replaced it with beef bouillon powder and it tasted great :) Thanks for the recipe! It's now my go-to for pot stickers!

Since I came back from China, I really missed eating dumplings. I never cooked it before, i used to buy the frozen ones from grocery store, or go to restaurants. for me, I used chicken breast and chicken skin since i don't eat pork. and yep, it really worked and delicious

@@leakypfaucet You can make veg dumplings with vegetables using cabbage, green onions, carrots, mushroom, peanuts, cheese, etc And use chicken, mutton or any sort of meat to make non veg dumplings. P.s. can have them with variety of sauces like tomato ketchup, pickles etc.

I can't eat pork meat cause it gets me in food poisoning,so I replaced it for chicken and I cooked other with vegetables only and it was very tasty,like...SO MUCH!!
