Just wanted to add the most important part of the video, which was unfortunately skipped. Whether you choose any cheat or not, you HAVE to store (save) a cheat file (4:02), else there won't be any cheats available in game.

Is there a way to add new cheats? I have cheats for animal crossing new leaf and it says L+A in the cheat itself. So I understand thats the button combination, but it does not work. Same for others.

When you're in-game, you first have to press L + Down + Select, and then select Cheats and activate the ones you want to use. Then you can just close the Menu by pressing B. Now you can use that cheat by pressing L + A.

Even if there are no cheats you could cheat by uploading your safefile to your pc play it on an emulator cheat there. Then reupload the New safefile back ro your Nintendo 3ds and you are good to go

Because checkpoint is for restoring game saves primary. Cheats are an added bonus, that 90% crash the game.

hi dude, i had the same problem but u gotta do a track or something that creates a save with that cheats on. Once u done that it must appear the things that u selected. hope that helps

yes and no luma/roselena doesn't work in ds mode but if you use twilight menu than you can get cheats but it only works with games on your sim card not the game port.
