I think the Commodore actually survived. He snapped the board between the power supply and the RAM/ROM/computer stuff area. The power supply is intact, so it might still power on. The N64 only has one board and it was pretty dented, so that probably was dead.

It's really hard to say which one is better, in most cases it is the N64, because the games on there look better, play better, and are just better in every other way. But in my opinion I think the Commadore 64 is better, because of how well it can teach you how to code, and though the games aren't as impressive as the N64's games, they are certainly very impressive because of what hardware they run on, you see an old computer like that thinking it's games are gonna be boring, but then you see a game like Sam's Journey, and you just say, "Wow."

c64 was an actual computer, you could use it for games and productivity nintendo 64 was only for games also the c64 sound chip was very powerful and each creator had their own “signature” when making c64 music

Yeah,but when he smashed it,there were no chips inside,only sockets. Anyways it's very cheap even for that. You have housing,you have keyboard - install Raspberry Pi inside with BMC64 firmware and you get pretty realistic system with boot time of 3 seconds. And here it is - working Commodore 64 for 20$ 😭 I'm crying that it's impossible to buy it for lower than 90$(not working). Also living in Russia is the shit. Medium work pay is 300$ per month.(I'm not working, I'm 15 now)
