I need a reply asap, because i want an art academy 3ds game, and i can only get one, i have to choose between pokemon art academy, or new art academy (one shown in this video) I’d like to know which one is better, like does pokemon art academy have layers, and if so whats the maximum amount of layers? Does this art academy have layers? If so whats the maximum amount of layers? I there an eye dropper tool in either of them? Can we mix colours in any of them? Can we get an image off the internet to reference (eg fan art, OC art, etc) in any of them (if so which one) i know in pokemon art academy you can take photos of things to reference so maybe i could just take a photo of it, but overall I’d like to know which one is better for a developing artist that has had over 1 year of art experience! Thank you in advance!!!!

you can free draw anime drawings by taking a pic of of one and drawing it on the lower screen, but it doesn't teach anime lessons
