Man, I still remember when this game was announced and so many people seemed so sure this would fail just because they wanted it to. Time flies. Wonder if I can dig up any of those old threads.

Whenever I think about that, I think about ARMS. ARMS has this brand new world with unique characters in a unique play style unlike any fighting game before it. But it just never got the kind of traction Splatoon would have. Now here we are years later and theres no update with ARMS, it’s last piece of relevancy was when Min Min was added to Smash Bros. But after that, nothing. It even had its manga cancelled. I just think of how if Splatoon bombed, we wouldn’t have a second (or third) game and it would’ve fallen to a faint obscurity.

I am writing this about 30 minutes after splatoon 1s final rotation has ended. This game genuinely means so much to me and I am so grateful for the memories I was able to make with it. Did you know that The role of a police officer is to do public safety. Police officers have operators which can be called by you're cell phone. The number is 911. Once you call 911 a police operator will answer the phone asking if you have an emergency then you will tell the operator the emergency and then they will dispatch some police officers to help or find out what's going on. Though when the operators hear the emergency they have to determine the situation of the emergency if it is a small emergency like an argument or hand to hand fight them they probably not be a lot of officers maybe 1-2. Now if there is a school shooting, robbery, hostages, or anything that is terrible. Then the operator will dispatch several officers at least 1-15 officers if it is that severe. They might need ambulance as well. For a firefighter it is the same thing. Though for the operator it matter on how the fire is and if it is spreading like a wild fire or if it like a small fire and it can be contained. If it is a large fire like a wild fire then there will be at least more fire fighters then you'll normally see. If there is a smaller fire that can may be contained then there will be a smaller amount of firefighters

Sunken scrolls talking about how octoling society is literally collapsing because they don’t have energy, and how they’re all horribly affected by the war 100 years ago. They’re literally systemically losing their homes and complaining about inklings parading around with ink battles. It’s subtle, but sets the tone wonderfully when you know octo expansion is coming!! The inklings literally describe Octarians as creatures who can’t think or have wants, but we know now they’re identical… inkling prejudice is scary D:

I know it's good, I've played it with friends. But I'll pass on it. It's a game to play with friends, not alone and since the friend whose condo we go to to hang out already owns it, there's no need for me too.
