Something I really like about the fact that this episode is titled "secrets" is that if you look a little deeper you realize not only E.Gadd hided secrets. It was Mario too. It looks like he's always hiding from Luigi how bad/scared he felt about the absence of their parents because he wants him to be safe, and so his first instinct is to get upset when they get mentioned. I love the attention to detail in this show. Good job Foozle and all the people that worked on this episode.

When Professor E Gadd mentioned the Bros’ parents, Mario got a little angry when he strangled the Professor knowing why didn’t he tell them sooner, until Mario bursted into tears. I obviously didn’t understand what was happening in the first minute, so I went to the channel page and binged the whole first season in a single morning. This finale got me a little split. On one hand, it was satisfying to get that Mario family backstory (in a very entertaining way, too). I feel like I got all the answers I wanted since the first season and I'm excited to see what more we can learn. But that cliffhanger is way too cruel. It sets up the next season nicely and makes me want more but I feel this needed more of a sense of closure to feel like a satisfying season finale. The season 1 finale had some cliffhanger elements (Bowser's fate and Sonic's arrival) but still felt like it brought the season to a close. This one didn't have that same feeling, it mostly relied on the cliffhanger elements and didn't feel like an ending. Still, I'll be eagerly waiting for season three and I trust that you and your team know what you're doing and are going to deliver something really fun, creative and exciting as always. @@UltimateDespairado Here is what I would want from the third season(based on what has been established): - The first half of the season will center around Mario and Luigi learning to better use their elemental powers and preparing for the journey. - The second half of the season will focus on the Bros arriving on Yoshi Island and beginning their search for the Grand Star and their parents. And that is pretty much what I want to see(so far).

That flashback might be the most emotional scene I have ever seen. It was also great to learn more about the parents. I’m on the edge of my seat. Is E. Gadd going to betray them for the star? Amazing episode! Love the song, backstory, and especially the acting. Everything was done so well! The ending was also really sweet and emotional with both Mario and Luigi staring at the clock just hoping their parents would return someday. I’ve been enjoying this series so much. I love how it portrays the characters like Mario, Luigi, Daisy, Zelda, Link, and especially Peach. However one thing has kinda gotten me curious and that’s whatever happened to Mario and Luigi’s parents and why Mario gets mad every time they’re mentioned. And I have a feeling this episode is going to reveal what happened to them. I’m kind of curious about how Mario and Luigi are going to react when they find out the truth, and based on Mario’s face in the thumbnail, he’s not gonna take it well.

Season 2, if I have to watch an entire of a show again, it would this one. I’ve never been more excited and traumatised IN A GOOD WAY, in all my life I am happy to support this show in the best way I can possibly and I hope season 3 will be just as amazing! Thank you for all of this ❤️💚
