15:04 homing attack has two hitboxes. One is for detection and the other one is for the actual attack. If it doesn’t detect anything then it will shoot diagonally downwards. You i-framed through the detection hitbox with power dunk and the sonic player was unlucky enough to release the button during your i-frames.
