I Really Hope we get a Pokémon ZA trailer before Pokémon Day otherwise it will take most of Pokémon Day 2025 and we have nothing new at the Pokémon Direct.

The Switch 2 is backwards Compatible. We will get Legends Z-A likely for the switch and then Gen 10 on switch 2 and so forth. I doubt they would put the game behind a new system and not support a game already in development prior to switch 2 reveal. It’s just incentive to buy it on the switch 2 with the switch 2. Likely the game is coming with Mario Kart 9 anyways.

I feel like game console releases have ALWAYS been a big deal. The PS2 almost immediately went out of stock the day it was released, and I think the Switch 2 will be no different. Also I agree about Legends Z-A being released on both the Switch 1 & 2, considering the same thing happened with BoTW back in 2017 with it and the Wii U.

It’s Something i Wish Nintendo Did more but it would be great to have Different Switch 2 versions of there mascot like the Pokémon ZA starter’s custom version like say its Snivy Piplup Litten then you can pick a custom version same with the Mario cast with a mario Peach Luigi Yoshi Daisy Version it would just be super cool to see. Also i wish they included the Game in the special version rather then having to buy it separately.

The switch 2 can play both original games and switch 1 games so it could be that it’s released for switch 1 and you can use that card for the switch 2

Of course it will also be available on the Switch2, however, thisi will also release on the Switch 1. They would be hurting themselves, if they only released the game on the new console, which most people won't buy immediately.
