Also, don't forget to get an SD Card because it only comes with 32 gigabytes. Theres lots of games from the free section in the eShop that you should check out too. @@thearousedeunuch I do not see it as anything like a nintendo product (if you understand what I mean) if a ps3, a pc, and a 3Ds got a baby together you would get a switch (sorry for the weird explanation) it has pc games and random games too. I think that's why it makes it look like less of a Nintendo product. But it's really nice if you have the money to buy some cool games. (not all games are expensive just the super popular ones) I'm glad that this thing doesn't replace my beloved 2ds because it's so different. So it is worth buying. It isn't anything like the 3ds! I hope my bad English and explanation about what I think about the switch helped you haha

Isn’t it safer to download the games as opposed to buying a cartridge? Because when you’re buying a cartridge if it breaks or malfunctions you’re out of luck, however downloading a game it will be attached to your Nintendo account and you can re-download it anytime if something goes wrong with your SD card?

It's surprising that so much comes in a 300 dollars package. The console itself is beautiful, plus all the parts it brings. I got one now, and though I picked mine up for 150, console and joycons alone, I am still impressed by how compelling this system is. Gonna enjoy it a lot.
