I don't have the money to buy a PS5 or Xbox Series X and my PC is a potato (seriously, Fortnite runs MUCH BETTER on Switch than my PC) so I'm pretty happy and satisfied that I can still play Fortnite on my Switch even though don't run that good, otherwise I wouldn't even be able to play the game if it wasn't available on Switch. Also I have to say, I'm pretty impressed, it's still insane to me that we have an Unreal Engine 5.1 game running on a $200 handheld with 2017 hardware.

A more fair comparison would be the Switch OLED, docked, and plugged directly into the internet via ethernet cable. 1080p HD. It's the best way to get the best version of any game on a Switch console. Also a more fair comparison would be Switch OLED docked vs PS4. They're much more identical. Also make sure the RGB Range is set to Full Range in the settings. That makes the colors pop on the Switch.

I have a pc and switch I like being able to play in handheld on the switch and when I want to play on a screen monitor I'll go pc. Both are perfectly playable and there is no problems using the same account on both. However if u buy v bucks on the switch u have to spend them on the switch as they won't show up on the pc but u will still have them

Should have researched the device properly before buying it first. Personally I think that the Switch interface and performance are great and I don't see how it can be slow (outside of the eShop which is really really slow). You do realize that there are switch exclusives people want to play and also in the normal battle royal mode and most other mods of fortnite the switch will match you up with a lobby of switch players so you don't get out performed by someone with an advantage. 😭

You do realize that most of us bought our switch years ago right? And I’m not playing fortnite on my switch lol. I use my ps5 for multiplayer games. Switch is for Nintendo games or older single player games like Skyrim etc. There is still nothing like it on the market steam deck is not very portable and the battery life is atrocious.
