Favorite reveals/characters: Steve and Sora. I wanted both of these characters, so I was hyped to finally get to see them battle it out. I still remember their reveals. I was in Social Studies at home last year and had my mic and camera off to see the presentation and Sora, I watched in Math when the teacher wasn't looking.

my favorite reveal trailers are Joker Hero Sephiroth and Sora. When I saw the Joker trailer back at the game award back at 2018 I thought we are getting a Persona 5 for the switch but when he flipped the envelope revealing the smash logo I went bonkers with joy The hero trailer made me cry when the eight Solo and Erdrick appeared saving the luminary and the adventure theme from Dragon Quest III played plus RIP Sugiyama you will be missed. Sephiroth trailer made me screamed when the One angel theme played along with almost killing mario LOL. Finally Sora's trailer caused me to bawl my eyes out ever since I grew up with kingdom hearts since child hood.

Favourite reveal was Pyra and Mythra. I love Xenoblade Chronicles and seeing them made me so happy! Favourite Smaah characters are my boys Shulk, Pit and Dark Pit.

My favorite reveal was Joker... Staying up, watching the Game Awards, waiting for Smash to come out within a few minutes... being a Persona fan I was happy to see anything... to have him be a Smash character and then more importantly to have it sink in Persona music will be in Smash... I just couldn't believe it... It really hit a timing that no other reveal could've replicated too where there wasn't a real expectation of one.

Ok so ig I'll share my stuff. Base game: Favorite reveal + character: Incineroar He's my favorite Pokemon and his inclusion was the first time I've ever had my top pick make the Smash roster. Still my main to this day. Fighter Pass 1: Favorite reveal goes two ways. Joker is such a well done reveal and if we're being objective, his was probably the actual best of the pass. Banjo had been such a long time coming and even though I had a feeling we would get a Microsoft character, I was very worried that the first one would be someone else. Though I haven't played Banjo Kazooie, I was rooting for the duo to make it and I'm so glad they did. Favorite to play is Terry. I didn't really know him when he was revealed, but good god did his moveset click with me. I started playing a bunch of Ken pretty early on since I tried him out offhandedly bc he was revealed alongside Incineroar, and he ended up clicking for me too, but good god did Terry resonate with me on a whole other level. I think I just have a thing for the actual fighting game characters in Smash at this point, lol. Fighter Pass 2: I have the same answer to both favorite reveal and character but it's also a split again. An ARMS rep was among my top picks for base roster but I figured the ship had sailed going into DLC so I lost hope (until Smash 6 at least), so hearing we would be getting an ARMS character was quite a pleasant surprise, even if the reveal was a tad lost on me because of the way they did things. On the other hand, once Banjo made it, I became a complete advocate for Steve in Smash, so yeah. That was definitely one of those reveals where my fight or flight was triggered as soon as the stars started aligning, and goddamn that is the best kind of Smash reveal when you're left in pure shock that it was *actually* that character this time. Bonus points to Kazuya though since I don't know that much about Tekken but ever since Ryu's inclusion I was very big on the idea of Tekken representation since I've always seen it as pretty much right up there with Street Fighter. I lost hope when the Heihachi Mii costume returned, but during Kazuya's trailer, as soon as I realized he was from Tekken I was sold.

Hello luiaziz! To get Steve you will need to buy the Super Smash Bros Ultimate Fighter Pass Number *2* , not number 1. That will also give you other 5 more characters like Sora. If you want to, you can buy the Fighter Pass Number 1 to get even more characters. Hope this helps!

Banjo & Kazooie is my favorite fighter's pass character (piranha plant is a close second if it counts) Inkling is my favorite reveal, even though it doubles as the game reveal. It's also my favorite reveal in gaming thus far even though I don't consider myself that hardcore of a Smash fan. Favorite mii costume: the slayer. I'm glad I didn't get the fighter's pass however because I have no connection to the extra fighters other than Banjo, but I am glad that people were able to get characters that they were looking forward to in the game.

Dread was above average, for a mid 2010s type of game. Mario kart 9 I guess isn’t coming. We are playing last gen games on a system that isn’t even this gen. Oh an smash online is the worst gaming experience I’ve had in my 25 years playing games, 90% Nintendo at that. How did y’all get it right on a 2ds gameboy yet fail to get it done right In 2021. And n64 should have just been an add on. No one wants the Sega games for any amount of money. Not that they are bad, but outside of paying 25crnts for a day play, none are worth paying extra for. Everything about this company fees dirty atm

Get the switch pro +++ with a small price of 9999 dollars but to turn it on you need to pay for the dlc which is 900 dollars and each game cost 1000 though some games require Nintendo online + and both the expansion passes that cost 1852 dollars every day

What a terrible character choice. You already have 3 RPG Square Enix characters to pander to the same group of fans. Sakurai's basically just pouring money down a gutter just to fulfill his own fantasies. You could have 9-Volt, Groose, and Dunsparce instead of Hero, Sephiroth, and Sora, and fanboys would still buy them, the only difference is that they wouldn't cost anything to Sakurai. And he's being heralded as the next Sonic the Hedgehog or something. What a joke. Sora, more like Sofa king overrated.

We're starting with the wrong foot if you think Sakurai is the one who gets to choose the newcomers. While yes, having 3 square enix's reps is odd, all of them had a somewhat valid reason to get in. Hero was mostly a gift for the eastern community, since he (they?) was really wanted there (nintendo gave the western community banjo literally in the same presentation) Sephiroth is one of the most important villains in the industry, and acted as a way to give final fantasy the treatment it deserved (more than 2 songs, spirits, etc) but yeah he's the least understandable one imo. Finally, Sora was literally the winner of the ballot ("that was 6 years agoo boohoo" they started Ultimate's development as soon as the last dlc for Smash 4 released. This included choosing the new fighters. They couldn't have made a new ballot). Sora also represents what Smash is all about: Crossing multiple universes in one massive product. Btw who did you want to get in? It would be nice to know someone else's opinion on this

They know what consumers like already. Sora represents Sakurai's vision for what he wants the industry to be. Is it a problem that he chooses the characters he wants? No. What he's doing is being sneaky about it, making excuses, and shifting the blame to other people since he knows he faces criticism every time Fire Emblem gets treated like god's gift to Nintendo. There were many characters that I would have liked. Paper Mario, even though that's not technically possible. Scorpion is the main character of the best-selling fighting game series. Leon Kennedy or another Biohazard character for the 100 million copies it sold is certainly more meritting than being just a spirit. The only explanation how Banjo and Bayonetta are playable characters and characters like Leon and Altair get participation trophies is because somebody has person taste and distaste. Can't sway it any other way. Oh and who else does Square Enix own? This woman who runs in caves and shoots guns, oh who cares?
